Private Capital Loans

Nierman Group, as a portfolio lender, funds secured first trust deed loans for purchase, refinance, bridge and construction. Preferred loans are approximately $1million to $5million with a 6-18 month maturity. We offer rapid funding and attractive rates.

Developer Equity

Nierman Group provides equity to developers for numerous projects across Southern California. Relationships are structured with a preferred return and profit sharing. Terms to be negotiated on a deal-by-deal basis.
